  • Cottage Cheese: 200 grams
  • Chickpeas: 100 grams boiled
  • Cucumber: 1 cut into cubes
  • Tomato: 1 cut into cubes
  • Bell Pepper: 1 cut into cubes
  • Parsley: ½ cup chopped
  • Mint: ¼ cup fresh and chopped
  • Lemon juice: from 1 lemon
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Cumin: a pinch

Instructions
 

  • In a deep glass bowl, place the cottage cheese, chickpeas, cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, parsley, and mint.
  • In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cumin.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and mix the ingredients well.
