Cookies are a type of biscuit, often prepared for various occasions as an easy and quick treat.

- 200 grams gluten-free flour mix
- 60 grams brown sugar
- 60 grams butter
- 60 grams chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 grams baking powder
Place the flour in a bowl. Add the brown sugar and baking powder and mix them with a wooden spoon. Then, add the butter and honey and mix by hand until you get a cohesive, non-sticky dough. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Shape the dough into small round balls and place them spaced apart on a baking tray, as the cookies will spread and flatten slightly while baking.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool completely before serving.
