Lightly grease a donut pan with a little oil.

Fill the cavities in the donut pan two-thirds full with the batter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the pan in the oven for about 15 minutes until the edges are golden. Then, set it aside to cool.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then fry the donuts for about one minute on each side.
In a separate bowl, mix the toasted coconut and sugar substitute until combined.
Remove the donuts from the pan, then roll them in the toasted coconut mixture. Let them cool, then place them on a serving plate and enjoy.
