  • Red Apples: 2 large
  • Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons ground
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons Stevia
  • Raisins: 2 tablespoons
  • Walnuts: 2 tablespoons chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Wash and dry the apples thoroughly.
  • Cut off the top of each apple and set it aside.
  • Using a spoon, remove the seeds and core to create a hollow cavity.
  • Sprinkle some cinnamon, Stevia, and raisins inside the cavity.
  • Place the apples in a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they become tender.
  • Serve the baked apples warm, topped with the chopped walnuts.
