Cinnamon Baked Apples

- Red Apples: 2 large
- Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons ground
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons Stevia
- Raisins: 2 tablespoons
- Walnuts: 2 tablespoons chopped
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Wash and dry the apples thoroughly.
Cut off the top of each apple and set it aside.
Using a spoon, remove the seeds and core to create a hollow cavity.
Sprinkle some cinnamon, Stevia, and raisins inside the cavity.
Place the apples in a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they become tender.
Serve the baked apples warm, topped with the chopped walnuts.
