Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, dried fruits, and seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk the honey, peanut butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and mix well until all the ingredients are coated.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Put the tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the granola turns golden.
Take the tray out of the oven and let the granola cool down.
Add the chocolate chips to the granola and store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
