Chocolate Granola

Make this light and delicious chocolate granola while you're on a diet.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Nuts
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Dried Fruits
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • A pinch of Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, dried fruits, and seeds.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the honey, peanut butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and mix well until all the ingredients are coated.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Put the tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the granola turns golden.
  • Take the tray out of the oven and let the granola cool down.
  • Add the chocolate chips to the granola and store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
