In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir the ingredients well until combined.
In another bowl, whisk the egg. Then add the yogurt, milk, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix well until smooth.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir with a spoon or a hand whisk until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into a cupcake pan lined with paper cups, filling each cup only two-thirds full.
Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
You can garnish them with a small piece of fresh fruit like berries or strawberries.
