- Chicken Breast: 1 kg boneless
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Smoked Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Dried Thyme: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Season the chicken pieces on all sides with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and olive oil.
Place the seasoned chicken in a baking tray. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Then, broil for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the chicken steak hot on a plate, alongside a green salad.
