- Chicken Breast: 1 kg fresh, boneless, skinless, and cut into thick slices
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Thyme: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: from 1 lemon
- Yogurt: 2 tablespoons
In a bowl, mix all the spices with the lemon juice, olive oil, and yogurt.
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade bowl, making sure they are coated on all sides. Leave them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but preferably overnight.
Heat a grill or a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the chicken breasts and let them cook until they are completely done and golden brown on both sides.
Serve the chicken steak with a green salad or grilled vegetables.
