Chicken Shish Tawook

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander ground
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2.5 tablespoons Pepper Paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 cup White Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken breasts with the garlic, pepper paste, spices, tomato juice, white vinegar, and oil. Let it sit for about an hour and a half so the chicken absorbs the marinade.
  • Prepare an oven tray and arrange the shish tawook pieces on it.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the tray in the oven until the shish tawook is cooked, turning it occasionally. Then, serve.
