Chicken Shish Tawook
This is a delicious and quick diet meal, suitable for all kinds of diets.

- 1 kg Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- 5 cloves Garlic minced
- 1.5 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Coriander ground
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2.5 tablespoons Pepper Paste
- 1 cup Tomato Juice
- 1/2 cup White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
Marinate the chicken breasts with the garlic, pepper paste, spices, tomato juice, white vinegar, and oil. Let it sit for about an hour and a half so the chicken absorbs the marinade.
Prepare an oven tray and arrange the shish tawook pieces on it.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the tray in the oven until the shish tawook is cooked, turning it occasionally. Then, serve.
