How to Make Chicken Kudo Sandwich with Cheddar Cheese
Prepare the sauce
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and ketchup. Set aside.
Cook the vegetables
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, sauté for 3–5 minutes until slightly softened.
Add the chicken
Stir in the chicken strips. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
Add the sauce
Pour the prepared Kudo sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Mix well and let it cook for 5–7 minutes until the flavors combine.
Assemble the sandwich
Lightly toast the bread rolls if desired. Place a slice of cheddar cheese inside each roll, then fill with the hot chicken mixture.

Serve immediately while warm with French fries or a fresh salad.
