Chicken Caesar Salad

You can make a delicious salad that everyone loves, just like the restaurant version.

Ingredients
  

  • For the Salad:
  • 1 chicken breast grilled and sliced
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup keto bread made from almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • For the Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small, deep bowl, mix the lemon juice, minced garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Whisk well until the ingredients are combined.
  • Spread the chopped lettuce at the bottom of your salad bowl.
  • Arrange the keto bread and the sliced grilled chicken on top of the lettuce.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the top, sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
