- 2 chicken breast fillets fresh, skinless, boneless, and trimmed of fat
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, yogurt, minced garlic, mixed herbs (rosemary, basil), salt, and black pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade bowl, ensuring they are coated on all sides. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for a stronger flavor, leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
