Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts grilled and sliced
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • Large lettuce leaves
  • 10 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the chicken, mashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a portion of the mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
  • Wrap them up like a sandwich and serve immediately.
