Cauliflower with Olives & Almonds

- Cauliflower: 1 head boiled and mashed
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves minced
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- Tahini: 2 tablespoons
- Black Olives: 10 cut into small pieces
- Almonds: 10 peeled and chopped
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté well.
Add the mashed cauliflower and stir.
Add the olives and almonds and stir. Then, add the salt and black pepper and mix.
Add the tahini and stir everything together well. Serve with toasted bread if desired.
