Cauliflower with Olives & Almonds

Ingredients
  

  • Cauliflower: 1 head boiled and mashed
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Onion: 1 chopped
  • Garlic: 2 cloves minced
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste
  • Tahini: 2 tablespoons
  • Black Olives: 10 cut into small pieces
  • Almonds: 10 peeled and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté well.
  • Add the mashed cauliflower and stir.
  • Add the olives and almonds and stir. Then, add the salt and black pepper and mix.
  • Add the tahini and stir everything together well. Serve with toasted bread if desired.
