Caesar Salad

A homemade Diet Caesar Salad is one of the easiest diet recipes and one of the most famous Italian salads.

Ingredients
  

  • Toast bread: ¼ cup cut into cubes and toasted
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard: 2 teaspoons
  • Olive oil: 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic: 1 clove minced
  • Romaine lettuce: 2 cups roughly chopped
  • Parmesan cheese: ¼ cup grated

Instructions
 

  • In a deep bowl, mix the lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil well until the ingredients are combined.
  • Arrange the lettuce in a salad bowl, then distribute the toasted bread cubes over it.
  • Add the dressing, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top. Serve the salad cold.
