Caesar Salad
A homemade Diet Caesar Salad is one of the easiest diet recipes and one of the most famous Italian salads.

- Toast bread: ¼ cup cut into cubes and toasted
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Mustard: 2 teaspoons
- Olive oil: 2 teaspoons
- Garlic: 1 clove minced
- Romaine lettuce: 2 cups roughly chopped
- Parmesan cheese: ¼ cup grated
In a deep bowl, mix the lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil well until the ingredients are combined.
Arrange the lettuce in a salad bowl, then distribute the toasted bread cubes over it.
Add the dressing, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top. Serve the salad cold.
