Heat the olive oil in a deep pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they soften.
Add the zucchini, carrots, and potato. Then add the broccoli and spinach, and stir the ingredients for about 5 minutes.
Season with ginger, turmeric, and cumin.
Pour the water into the pot and let the mixture come to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer gently for about 25 minutes.
Carefully transfer the soup to an electric blender and blend until smooth.
Return the soup to the pot, season with salt and black pepper, and stir. Let the soup cook on the heat for about 8 more minutes.
Ladle the Broccoli Detox Soup into serving bowls and serve hot.
