Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup cooking cream
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook the broccoli in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  • Melt the butter in a pot over the stove. Add the broccoli, beef broth, and all the spices. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the cheese to the mixture and stir everything together.
  • Pour the soup into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Return the blended mixture to the pot and cook on the stove for 2 more minutes.
  • Pour the keto soup into serving bowls and enjoy hot.
