Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-fry

Broccoli is a great choice for weight loss.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Broccoli fresh
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 1.5 cups Mushrooms white
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Vegetables: Wash all the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into medium-sized pieces, slice the green onions, mince the garlic and ginger, and slice the mushrooms.
  • Start Cooking: In a pot or wok over high heat (190°C / 375°F), add the broccoli with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then, add the green onions, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger.
  • Stir-fry: Stir the ingredients for about 3 minutes, until they start to cook and change color.
  • Add Soy Sauce: Pour in the soy sauce and mix well.
  • Steam: Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it cook for about 2 minutes until the broccoli becomes tender.
  • Thicken the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the chicken broth until the cornstarch dissolves. Pour this mixture into the pot with the vegetables.
  • Final Simmer: Keep stirring until the sauce thickens and all the ingredients are fully cooked. Serve hot.
