Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the eggs in a mixer bowl and beat on high speed for two minutes.
Add the melted butter and coconut oil, and mix until smooth.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, flax seeds, and salt. Mix until the batter is well combined and thickens.
Pour the batter into a rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper. Place the pan in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool. Then, turn the bread out onto a serving plate and garnish with the crushed almonds.
Serve the bread warm or at room temperature.
