Bread with Almond Flour

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almonds crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the eggs in a mixer bowl and beat on high speed for two minutes.
  • Add the melted butter and coconut oil, and mix until smooth.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, flax seeds, and salt. Mix until the batter is well combined and thickens.
  • Pour the batter into a rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper. Place the pan in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool. Then, turn the bread out onto a serving plate and garnish with the crushed almonds.
  • Serve the bread warm or at room temperature.
