- Potatoes: 4 pieces boiled
- Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons chopped

- Garlic: 1 clove minced
Peel the boiled potatoes and then cut them into small cubes.
Add the garlic, salt, and black pepper, and mix them well.
Add the vinegar to the potatoes and mix gently again.
