Boiled Potatoes

This recipe for boiled potatoes for a diet is one of the easiest dishes to make.

Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes: 4 pieces boiled
  • Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley: 2 tablespoons chopped
  • Black Pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic: 1 clove minced

Instructions
 

  • Peel the boiled potatoes and then cut them into small cubes.
  • Add the garlic, salt, and black pepper, and mix them well.
  • Add the vinegar to the potatoes and mix gently again.
  • Place the potatoes on a serving plate, drizzle the olive oil on top, garnish with parsley, and serve them hot or cold as you like.
