- 1/2 kilo small potatoes washed
- 1 liter water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
Bring the water with a pinch of salt to a boil in a medium-sized pot over the fire.
Add the potatoes and let them cook for 15-25 minutes until completely tender.
Peel the potatoes and place them in a bowl, then season them with salt and black pepper.
Gently toss the potatoes to keep their shape.
Place the boiled potatoes on a serving dish, garnish with the chopped parsley, and serve.
