- 2 beef steaks from the shoulder cut
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 g mushrooms sliced
Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper and let them marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat a grill pan over high heat. Place the steaks, lightly brushed with oil, in the pan. Cook, flipping to brown on all sides. Then, remove the steaks and set them aside.
Place the sliced mushrooms in the same pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until they soften. Season them with a little salt and pepper.
On a serving plate, place the beef steak and top it with the mushroom sauce. Serve the dish hot.
