In a deep bowl, place the cooked barley, flour, salt, yeast, and honey. Mix the ingredients well until combined.
Gradually add the warm water while kneading for about 10 minutes, until you get a soft and cohesive dough.
Place the dough in a bowl greased with oil, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest for about two and a half hours, or until it doubles in size.
Punch the dough down to release the air, then knead it again. Place it on a sheet of baking paper, cover it with a cotton cloth, and let it rest for an additional hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and put it in the oven for about 40 minutes, until the bread is fully cooked.
Let the barley bread cool before serving.
