Barley Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 270 g Barley Flour
  • 150 g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 150 g White Flour
  • 10 g Instant Yeast
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • Warm Water as needed
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the barley flour, whole wheat flour, and white flour.
  • Add the oil, water, salt, and yeast to the flour mixture. Knead the ingredients well until you get a cohesive and soft dough.
  • Cover the dough and let it rest for 60 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Bake the bread for 40 minutes on the lower rack, then for an additional 25 minutes on the middle rack.
