Lay one sheet of baklava dough on your work surface. Brush it with melted butter, then sprinkle crushed walnuts over it until it's fully covered.
Roll the dough into a log, brushing the end with butter to seal it.
Cut the walnut-filled baklava roll into equal-sized pieces.
Repeat the process until you have used all the dough and walnuts.
Arrange the baklava pieces in a baking tray lightly greased with butter. Brush the tops with a little more butter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake the baklava for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Pour the honey over the top of the hot baklava.
Let it cool slightly, then transfer to a serving plate and serve.
