Baked Chicken Nuggets

- 500 grams chicken breast cut into large cubes
- 1 cup cornflakes coarsely crushed
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 250°C (about 480°F).
In a large bowl, combine the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and oil. Mix well.
Place the flour and beaten eggs in two separate plates.
Dip the chicken pieces first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat them with the cornflake mixture. Arrange the coated chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Place the tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
Place the chicken nuggets on serving plates and serve with your favorite sauce.
