Arabic Salad for a diet is a healthy side dish, suitable for weight loss.

Ingredients
  

  • For the Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander dried
  • 1 clove garlic small, minced
  • For the Salad:
  • 2 tomatoes medium
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 head romaine lettuce medium
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 bell peppers red and yellow, small
  • 1 carrot small, grated
  • 1 bunch parsley fresh, chopped
  • 2 sprigs mint fresh

Instructions
 

  • Chop the lettuce into small pieces. Dice the tomatoes and cucumber. Thinly slice the onion and bell peppers. Chop the parsley.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, spices, and garlic to make the dressing.
  • Place all the vegetables in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over them and toss well until everything is combined.
  • Serve the salad chilled.
