- 2 cups almonds
- ½ cup sesame seeds
Roast the almonds and sesame seeds in the oven for 20 minutes.
Place the roasted almonds and sesame seeds into a blender and blend well.
Open the blender lid and scrape down the sides of the container with a spoon.
Blend the mixture again until it becomes creamy and smooth.
Transfer the almond butter into a jar and store it at room temperature until use.
