Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna drained
- ½ avocado peeled and cubed
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- ½ cup lettuce chopped
- 2 cucumbers cut into small cubes
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- Thyme to taste
Instructions
- Gently mix the tuna and avocado cubes in a deep bowl. Then, add the lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the chia seeds over the ingredients.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour this dressing over the salad and toss until all the ingredients are well combined.
