Ingredients
  

  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Breast: 4 breasts cut into thin slices
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  • Bulgur: 1 ¼ cups coarse
  • Garlic: 2 cloves crushed
  • Chicken Broth: 3 cups

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook it in the pot for about 10 minutes until it browns and cooks through.
  • Add the broth to the pot, then add the bulgur. Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it cook for 20 minutes until the bulgur is done.
  • Pour the bulgur and chicken into a serving dish and serve it hot with yogurt or salad, as desired.
