Ingredients
- Eggs: 4
- Mushrooms: 2 sliced
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- Milk: ¼ cup liquid, skimmed
- Olive Oil: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and add the sliced mushrooms. Stir the mixture.
- Continue stirring until the eggs are cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
