Ingredients
- Fish: 2 pieces medium size, washed well
- Onion Powder: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Dried Herbs: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: 5 tablespoons
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- To make the marinade: In a bowl, mix the onion powder, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, cumin, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined.
- Rub the marinade all over the fish, both inside and out. Then, place it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the fish in a baking tray and put it in the oven until it is fully cooked.
- Take the baked fish out of the oven and serve it hot.
