Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kilogram peanuts roasted and unsalted
  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • Place 2 cups of the roasted, unsalted peanuts into a food processor.
  • Grind the peanuts until they turn into a fine powder.
  • Add the extra virgin olive oil and honey to the ground peanuts.
  • Process the mixture again until it becomes smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides of the processor as needed.
  • Serve the peanut butter as desired.
