Oatmeal and Feta Cheese Crepes
Crepes are a famous and easy-to-make snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats finely ground
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 cups milk skim
- 1 cup feta cheese light
- 3 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Put the flour in a bowl. Add the oats and salt, and mix well.
- In a blender, combine the milk, eggs, and black pepper. Blend well.
- Slowly add the flour and oat mixture to the blender while it's running. Keep blending until everything is smooth.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Pour one scoop of the batter into the pan.
- Let it cook until it turns light brown, then flip it to cook the other side.
- Repeat the process until you use all the batter.
- Place some feta cheese on one half of each crepe and fold the other half over it.
- Place on a plate and serve immediately.
