Crepes are a famous and easy-to-make snack. 
Prep Time 40 minutes
Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats finely ground
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 cups milk skim
  • 1 cup feta cheese light
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour in a bowl. Add the oats and salt, and mix well.
  • In a blender, combine the milk, eggs, and black pepper. Blend well.
  • Slowly add the flour and oat mixture to the blender while it's running. Keep blending until everything is smooth.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan. Pour one scoop of the batter into the pan.
  • Let it cook until it turns light brown, then flip it to cook the other side.
  • Repeat the process until you use all the batter.
  • Place some feta cheese on one half of each crepe and fold the other half over it.
  • Place on a plate and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy
