It’s also an ideal food for diets, as it contains high amounts of healthy dietary fiber & protein with a relatively low amount of calories.

Ingredients
- 2 cups almonds
- ½ cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- Roast the almonds and sesame seeds in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Place the roasted almonds and sesame seeds into a blender and blend well.
- Open the blender lid and scrape down the sides of the container with a spoon.
- Blend the mixture again until it becomes creamy and smooth.
- Transfer the almond butter into a jar and store it at room temperature until use.
