Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams gluten-free flour mix
  • 60 grams brown sugar
  • 60 grams butter
  • 60 grams chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 grams baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Place the flour in a bowl. Add the brown sugar and baking powder and mix them with a wooden spoon. Then, add the butter and honey and mix by hand until you get a cohesive, non-sticky dough. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Shape the dough into small round balls and place them spaced apart on a baking tray, as the cookies will spread and flatten slightly while baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool completely before serving.
