Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried basil, and mustard.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Pan-sear the salmon fillets for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • Add the lemon juice to the skillet, then reduce the heat for just 1 minute.
  • Place the salmon on a serving dish. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
