Marinade for Grilled Diet Chicken
Here is a blend of spices from our kitchen to add to chicken breasts for a light, quick, and perfect diet meal.
Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons dried herbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts lightly pounded fillets
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, lemon juice, honey, garlic, coriander, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper well.
- Place the chicken in the mixture, cover the bowl, and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade. Heat the grill and cook the chicken, turning it until it is fully cooked.
- Serve hot alongside a plate of green salad.
