Here is a blend of spices from our kitchen to add to chicken breasts for a light, quick, and perfect diet meal.

Ingredients
  

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons dried herbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts lightly pounded fillets

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, lemon juice, honey, garlic, coriander, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper well.
  • Place the chicken in the mixture, cover the bowl, and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade. Heat the grill and cook the chicken, turning it until it is fully cooked.
  • Serve hot alongside a plate of green salad.
