Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ⅔ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts fillet, halved into strips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil and garlic together.
- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and dried basil.
- Dip the chicken strips first into the oil mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring the chicken strips are fully coated.
- Prepare a baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
- Place the coated chicken strips in the baking dish and put the dish into the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side salad.
