Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts fillet, halved into strips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil and garlic together.
  • In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and dried basil.
  • Dip the chicken strips first into the oil mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring the chicken strips are fully coated.
  • Prepare a baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
  • Place the coated chicken strips in the baking dish and put the dish into the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve hot with a side salad.
