Liver is one of the most important sources of protein and iron. It can be prepared as a light hot appetizer or as a complete main course for lunch. Its flavor is enhanced by added spices, while garlic & onion are essential for this dish. Paired with vegetables, it makes a wonderful, quick, & healthy meal for a diet.
