Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 cups milk low-fat
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon sweetener e.g., a sugar substitute like stevia or erythritol
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, whisk the eggs and milk well.
- Add the flour, oil, salt, and sweetener. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth batter without any lumps.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Lightly grease it with a little oil.
- Pour a suitable amount of the batter into the pan and swirl it to cover the bottom.
