Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons sugar substitute
- Butter: ½ cup unsalted, melted
- Almond Flour: 1 cup
- Peanut Butter: ½ cup
- Egg: 1 large
- Salt: a pinch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, sugar substitute, egg, salt, peanut butter, and melted butter until all ingredients are well combined and a consistent dough forms.
- Line a baking tray with two sheets of parchment paper.
- Using an ice cream scoop, divide the dough into 10 balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Gently press down on each ball to flatten it.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through, until the cookies are fragrant and lightly golden.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
