Naan bread is famous in Southern India and is one of the most popular types of Indian bread in the world. It’s made from a soft dough that forms crispy black bubbles when baked. Traditionally, it’s cooked in a very hot clay oven called a “tandoor.”

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Butter unsalted, melted
- 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- In a deep bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese with the sour cream.
- Place the mixture in the microwave for one minute, stirring continuously, until the cheese is completely melted.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, and egg. Mix well until you get a smooth and cohesive dough.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces.
- Using a rolling pin, flatten each piece of dough and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the tray in the oven for about 12 minutes.
- To prepare the garlic butter: In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic and cilantro.
- Take the bread out of the oven, brush it with the garlic butter, and serve.
