Lamb Shawarma

Ingredients
- Lamb: 500 grams cut into thin slices
- Onion: 1 large chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves minced
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon spicy
- Coriander: 1/2 teaspoon ground
- Cumin: 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon ground
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- For Serving:
- Tortilla Wraps: as needed keto, high-protein, low-carb
- Lettuce: leaves
- Tomato: 2 sliced
- Pickles: 2 sliced
- Red Onion: 1 sliced
- Sauce: as desired tahini sauce
Instructions
- In a wide pan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they soften.
- Add the thin lamb slices and all the spices to the pan. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Cook the meat over medium heat until it is completely done.
- Add the sliced tomatoes, red onion, and pickles to the pan.
- Serve the lamb shawarma in lettuce leaves or in the ready-made keto tortilla wraps, with tahini sauce on the side.
