Ingredients
  

  • Lettuce: ½ head washed and chopped
  • Feta cheese: 100 grams cut into cubes
  • Red onion: 1 sliced
  • Olives: 12 Kalamata olives, pitted
  • Tomatoes: 2 cut into cubes
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Parsley: 3 tablespoons chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the lettuce in a deep bowl, then add the tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
  • Add the feta cheese, then season the ingredients with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Toss the ingredients until they are well combined. Transfer the salad to a serving plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
