Greek salad is rich in important nutrients that the body needs
Ingredients
- Lettuce: ½ head washed and chopped
- Feta cheese: 100 grams cut into cubes
- Red onion: 1 sliced
- Olives: 12 Kalamata olives, pitted
- Tomatoes: 2 cut into cubes
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: a pinch
- Parsley: 3 tablespoons chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the lettuce in a deep bowl, then add the tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
- Add the feta cheese, then season the ingredients with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Toss the ingredients until they are well combined. Transfer the salad to a serving plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
