Ingredients
- For the Salad:
- 1 chicken breast grilled and sliced
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup keto bread made from almond flour
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- For the Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small, deep bowl, mix the lemon juice, minced garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Whisk well until the ingredients are combined.
- Spread the chopped lettuce at the bottom of your salad bowl.
- Arrange the keto bread and the sliced grilled chicken on top of the lettuce.
