Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Flax Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Almonds crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the eggs in a mixer bowl and beat on high speed for two minutes.
- Add the melted butter and coconut oil, and mix until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, flax seeds, and salt. Mix until the batter is well combined and thickens.
- Pour the batter into a rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper. Place the pan in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool. Then, turn the bread out onto a serving plate and garnish with the crushed almonds.
- Serve the bread warm or at room temperature.
