Ingredients
  

  • Eggs: 4
  • Butter: 1/2 cup melted
  • Coconut Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Almond Flour: 2 cups
  • Baking Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Flax Seeds: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Almonds: 1 cup crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Put the eggs in a mixing bowl. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
  • Add the melted butter and coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, flax seeds, and salt. Mix everything together until it is well combined and thick.
  • Pour the batter into a rectangular loaf pan lined with baking paper. Put the pan in the oven for 45 minutes, until the bread is cooked.
  • Take the pan out of the oven and let it cool. Then, turn the bread out onto a serving plate and decorate with the crushed almonds.
  • Serve the bread warm or at room temperature.
