Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg red hot chili peppers
  • 3 garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the red chili peppers and remove the seeds.
  • Place the garlic and chili peppers in a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into a pot and place it on the stove.
  • Add coriander, olive oil, tomato paste, and salt. Stir well.
  • Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
  • Store the chili paste in a clean, dry jar. Seal tightly and keep refrigerated until use.
