  • Fish Fillets: 4 slices
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander: 1/4 cup fresh, chopped
  • Parsley: 1/4 cup chopped
  • Garlic: 4 cloves minced

Instructions
